False Alarm....

William did NOT make it home today after all.  

We are still hoping within a week, but he will for sure will be held at LEAST another 48 hours after all.  He has a high grade fever (about 104*) and excessive vomiting, so they have to do a culture in all his lines to see what's wrong and look for the infection.


ONCE HE COMES HOME: They have to be sure his TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) is prepared. He'll have a little backpack to hold his IV bottles in.. He will also have ostomy bags sent to his home, that Sarah can change.

    Hope Will is doing better today. And sure wish cultures didn't take so long. I can't wait to hear what Will thinks when he's able to recover at home with Sarah. xoxo
